Advieh is a Persian Spice blend used in rice and stew dishes. The different layers of turmeric, rose, cardamom, cinnamon, pepper and angelica makes this a fragrant and playful blend.

No added chilli or preservative or additives.

This traditional spice mix is a family recipes and used over centuries for rice dishes, curries, casseroles or as a rub or marinade for meat / seafood/ vegetables.

Advieh Serving Suggestions

• Mix with oil and lemon juice to use as rub/marinade
• Mix with natural yogurt, lemon juice and brewed saffron to add to chicken pieces. The marinated chicken pieces can be skewered or grilled.
• Add to legume stews
