Rose petals – an edible, naturally sun-dried dible flowers from Damsak rose. They are traditionally used in Persian spice mixes known as advieh or infused with saffron for an aromatic pilaf.
Also, Persian Black tea uses these dried flowers to make refreshing brew.
For examples, they are widely used for decoration of desserts or other delicate treats.
